Monthly 1:1 Coaching
$150/month
The monthly 1:1 coaching is our most hands on, comprehensive plan.
This plan includes:

In-depth initial assessment & call to talk through goals and expectations. This consultation is free and will allow you/us the ability to ensure we're a good fit.

Individualized training plan & warm up protocol

Unlimited communication & support

In-depth technique review via video analysis

Nutrition/Macro guidance

Powerlifting Clients - Meet day support (either virtually or in-person, depending on location and availability), detailed attempt selection guide, and nutrition guidance/water cut protocol (if applicable).

Monthly Programming
$100/month
The monthly programming option is for those who want an individualized plan to follow without the daily coaching support.
This plan includes:

Pregnancy & Postpartum Coaching
$120/month
This option is perfect for women who are looking to either 1) safely continue their exercise routine throughout pregnancy or 2) rebuild their fitness in the postpartum period.
This plan includes:

In-depth initial assessment and call to go over goals, expectations and any restrictions

Detailed workout plan individualized to where you're at in your journey and what equipment you have access to

Unlimited communication and feedback

Detailed weekly check-ins

Nutrition guidance from a certified nutrition coach

A coach knowledgeable in diastasis, pelvic floor, c-section recovery and other pregnancy and pospartum related concerns.

Not to mention having the support of a coach who is a fellow mother and understands exactly what it's like to train through pregnancy and postpartum.
